Most people associate hypnosis as something that you do on other people. However, this is only half the story. You can perform hypnosis on yourself and reap massive benefits for your own personal wellbeing. In the case of self-hypnosis, you’re both the subject and the hypnotist, which can seem a bit daunting at first. Like anything else, if you choose to practice it then you will get better at it, and it will indirectly make you a better hypnotist overall.
